Upper Management has absolutely no clue what goes on in the front lines of this program. They have no idea what it's like to deal with the daily drama and struggles of front office staff. For what they have to deal with, they don't get paid enough. IF you know anyone that is a client there, and even if you tell them you knew said client before you started working there, you'll eventually be fired just for knowing them. There's been too many fired over trivial things like that, but then there's some that were caught having relationships and never fired for that. This year alone, there's been so many workers who have quit, that place won't last much longer. Upper management really needs to get their head out of their rears and fix things. It used to be a great place to work for years ago, but ever since they brought in the new programs of this year, it's seriously went downhill.. I would not recommend working for this company at all! You'll get much better pay, and benefits from another company anywhere.
