    Pros

    Commissions are uncapped, so that's great.

    Cons

    Moving into leadership is very slow moving.

    Advice to Management

    Move people into management quicker.

    Pros

    My recruiter has always been able to provide me great contracts. She is 100% always. I would never trade her for anyone. Haleigh Sutherland has kept me working non stop for the last 3 years... With CompHealth you will never be without a job. Communication is awesome. The whole team is always on point and accurate. Love them

    Cons

    medical insurance is a little $$$ even though is good. I cannot think anything negative about my company.

    Advice to Management

    My recruiter Haleigh Sutherland deserves a raise ;) I just hope one day I can be a recruiter too.

    Pros

    Great environment and people. Great gym, facility, bikes to use, food. Standing desks are great.

    Cons

    It's a hard job, not CompHealth's fault, Locums is just an up and down process.

    Advice to Management

    doing good, keep promoting from within

    Excellent communication during interview, credentialing process. Thorough support while on assignment.

    I found no downsides during the entire experience.

    Locum. Locum locum locum flexible work any time you want claim travel awards meet new people enjoy different parts of country

    Locum temporary temporary non benefits own health and retirement may not get adequate hours have to be flex and be available for holidays

    I LOVE my job!! I have been with Comphealth for 15 years, I have seen many people come and go, many things change and evolve and certainly seen our business thru many ups and downs but one thing has remained constant and that is the care and concern for me as a person at all points of my career. I feel truly fortunate to be a part of such an impressive company that puts their core values at the center of every decision.

    None really, always provided me with another job contract, never had a pay issue, was able to accommodate me when needed.
