    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Compas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People are great, friendly atmosphere, casual dress code, ability to work from home in bad weather

    Cons

Low salaries, unfair workload, bonuses are low, high turnover rate, not much room to move up, unfair performance grid, obvious favorites move up much quicker

    Advice to Management

Start paying the quality employees what they are worth. Stop creating different clubs and committees to help with morale and the culture. Start addressing the real issues.
