    Very corporate hierarchy. Gets in the way of production and upper managers/guild chefs will micro manage.

    Long hours, No home Life, Clients Expect you to Live there when there is any major thing going on, Low Pay for the amount of hours worked

    Pay the chefs more and help with day to day support, When you say you are going to do something do it or dont say anything at all

    The hours were great. We had weekends off and there was a clear-cut understanding of what needed to be done every day.

    Redundancy
    No room for creativity

    Let your Sous Chefs cook from the heart instead of a sheet of paper

    Able to gain experience quickly without necessarily an education in that subject area. Many sectors (lines of business) to work for.

    Cons

    Unequal pay - vast differences for the same role in different departments. You will be paid a lot more at other companies for the workload.
