    I have been working at Compass Group USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I can`t think of any pros. Well, I guess the only pro I can think of is that you have a job and you are not on the unemployment line.

    Cons

    My experience with my two locations that I have worked at in the last two years is that upper & lower management show no appreciation or care about their employees. For the biggest corporation in the industry, they pay the lowest than any other catering corporations. They even take money out of each paycheck for you to eat in the cafe, even if you work in the cafe. Terrible benefits,

    Advice to Management

    Show that you care and appreciate your employees. Don`t cheat them on their hours and on teir paychecks.
