    Advice to Management

    Invest in your employees and you want have such a high turn over. Dedication is a give and take investment in long term relationships.

    -Lots of opportunities to work with their subsidiary companies

    Cons

    -Not a lot of support for subsidiary companies as far as HR is concerned

    Advice to Management

    Tell the subsidiary upper management and parent companies to provide a name and email for their Human Resources go to person rather than pass all that responsibility onto the management.

    Love working with the nursing staff and patients

    Cons

    You are on call even on your days off
    You must learn all the patient diets and not forget them
    No benefits, sick, vacation, health
    12 hour days

    Pros

    Very fast pace! Great co workers. "Cast of thousands,,,"

    Cons

    But the "cast of thousands..." don't know what each other are doing most of the time and step on each other quit often, duplicating efforts and spinning their wheels.
    Senior leadership has lost sight of the daily activities required to satisfy the clients/contract agreements and provide no check and balance to insure business in running properly. very little financial training for unit managers and problems are allowed to be "brushed under the carpet" by middle management.

    Advice to Management

    They talk a great game- but when it comes to actually delivering, its a totally different and they fall short.

    Pros

    Decent pay, decent benefits, that's all I have good to say but, I need twenty words. Meal plan is ok

    Cons

    Management does not communicate between teams causing problems. They would rather keep a bad worker rather than reprimanding them or firing them, causing them to force their hard workers to quite. Excessive drama. Extremely poor management. Not good.

    Advice to Management

    Get your stuff together! Treat your hard workers well instead of giving them the work that the bad employees don't finish or do. If they aren't doing there job fire them, don't punish your hard workers and let you bad workers off Scott free! Also, communicate better between teams and nip drama in the bud the moment it arises instead of letting things fester for months culminating in a crap storm!

    Great benefits great people great food

    Cons

    They don't care about us...I mean they really don't they work us like dogs, for next to nothing.they never wanna help when we are short handed which is all the time.all they do is sit on there butts and play on there phones...but when the big bosses are there they act like they work all the time its a bunch of bull.

    Advice to Management

    Get of your butts!!! Do some work!!! Nobody respects you because you don't respect anyone.

    Great crew and ok benefits

    Cons

    No communication. Upper management does nothing but sit in office. They want you to work 14 plus hours a day 7 days a week

    Advice to Management

    Get it together, you wonder why you have such a high turnover rate.

    menu ideas and monday-friday work week

    Cons

    District managers & RVP's not accountable for there lack of knowledge to train properly & support in house manager's & also very disrespectful DM who talks down to people under her and has been the reason many manager's leaving company for Unfair treatment!!

    Advice to Management

    Always Remember your people are the root of success, And Honestly and Integrity & fair treatment is preached but Not at all practiced on a daily bases.
