Good work hours and you get free meals. Great safety culture for the industry and pay isn't horrible.

Cons

Hard work, you are short staffed so mgmt has to pull employees jobs. Always expected to do better than the last year and unreasonable goals when it comes to safety, paper cut can be a big deal.

Check-in at some of the restaurants/ stadium is awful. And when joining they expect you to know everything from the get go even if its your first ever job
