    Pros

    The views from the Elk Grove Village office can be very nice.

    Cons

    It is unfortunate the enrollment division is run in such a subprofessional manner. People, including management, are very disruptive and can be quite rude to each other.

    Advice to Management

    I heard you advise many times to "get back to basics" during my short tenure there. May I respectfully suggest you seek basic leadership training and practice same on daily basis to serve as role models in your workplace? Demonstrating professionalism and showing professional respect for your fellow employees will make for a workplace with a more professional atmosphere.

    I worked at Compass Knowledge (More than a year)

    Pros

    A small, very ambitious profit driven company that knows how to leverage aggressive marketing to trusting clients. Reasonable pay and benefits. Nice location and offices.

    Cons

    Rather ruthless business practices - lots of scratching and clawing behind the scenes. Don't question their practices or their ethics or you won't be there long. All is not as it appears.

    Advice to Management

    own up to your business practices and provide more transparency to clients and employees on how your profits are inequitably leveraged to keep your elite execs flush with money.
