      Pros

      Point of view: Very comfy place to work from.

      Cons

      Cons: incompetent and very messy HR personnel, not keeping their end on the contract you sign, they usually say one thing and then switch in5 minutes on saying something else regards to work

      Hire better HR personnel, keep your word as a company.

      I'd say none. Literally didn't see one thing that I liked.

      Cons

      The most non-sense interview process I've ever seen anywhere. Logic tests, math tests, and history tests, which are totally not related to the job you are going to do. Workers seem way over-confident like they are working for a spaceship. A very bad feeling from every side. Way way way too conceited.

      Advice to Management

      try to visit some other companies first, and see what other people do and what conditions they have. It will open your eyes a lot, and probably bring your pride to a normal level. I sincerely mean this for your good.

      Relatively easy recruitment process, salaries paid regularly and on time

      Cons

      Everyone is learning on the job, including the "managers". You are not allowed to talk much. Anything you say might offend the "management" and might lead to ending your contract.

      Employees are not your enemy. There is something called "team work". Please google it.

      Pros

      I really can't think of anything positive for being an employee in this company. This is a call center or back office, serving other bigger companies, bu you cannot actually say you worked for these companies (which in fact is so).

      Cons

      Poor training, really bad and humiliating attitude by the managers and team leaders. Employees live in fear that they will lose their jobs if they don't keep their mouths shut. If anyone complains or just asks about anything, he or she is out the next day with the explanation "we don't need to give you any reason for the termination of your contract". The biggest problem is that most (95%) of the employees are foreigners...

      As all the managers are friends and support each other (the way the grow in this company, not because of their qualities), there is no point to give any advice.

      Location very close to subway, friendly atmosphere, desperate need of staff so not so strict when it comes ro reaching targets

      Cons

      Salaries are not as high as other call centers in Bucharest.
