    Pros

    Wonderful coworkers and clients!

    Cons

Too much favoritism! Some of the management team does not get along and they make decision based on how they feel. This affects the team in general. The hard working people are are overlooked if they don’t kiss up to their managers.

    Pros

Coffee? Air conditioning? Sometimes free food

    Cons

Come on in and waltz into work around clock-in time in your yoga pants and Cookie Monster PJs. Clock in, turn on your computer... ah, forget it. Let's go outside and smoke our first cigarette of the day! Rise and SHINE, baby. There's absolutely no rhyme or reason to this place. Suit jackets/blazers/closed toed shoes are obviously WAY over dressed for... an office. Riiiiight.

There's a reason why there's protests at this place. The golden palace upstairs is the heart of people camp central. They keep their yoga pant pajama employees subdued with ice cream socials, other food gimmicks, and unlimited cigarette breaks. Yes, you heard that right!

Apparently you can be fired for sitting at your desk all day, skipping lunch, working like a normal person and given no real reason at all. Classy.

You know what, classy is a good word. I was clearly overdressed in heels, slacks, blazers/suit jackets and blouses.

I hated and still hate what the company stands for and what they support (people camps). The building itself is like one big people camp, too. One big cigarette chain gang.

I'm glad the company wastes their money by firing people who work and keeping in the cattle and cigarette chain gang who go outside 30 times a day for the nth nicotine withdrawal break.

    Advice to Management

Maybe some nicotine patches for your slacker employees. Lmao.

    Pros

Free coffee. Hard working and loyal staff.

    Cons

This company was recently purchased by an investment company. Thought that would allow them to finally get rid of the bad staff. But still there. International leadership has absolutely destroyed the international department. Caused one of the best Directors to leave the company and has literally decimated the international programs. He withheld information from deployed staff and has not provided raises in years but we heard he was still receiving his absurd annual bonus. Has lost programs and nothing new coming up. Executive leadership has stood by and allowed this immoral and unethical sorry excuse for a leader to do as he pleases. He is ineffective! The only reason he ever made O6 was because he was in the Army and he was a snitch for a higher ranking officer that always had his back. This guy is truly a hateful person who has no idea how to manage people let alone lead them.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the Executive leadership and hold all other senior leaders accountable for their actions. No more sweeping crap under the rug!
