    Pros

    they do advise you often of new positions within the company of other projects. The do keep you informed of what is happening. The are good at praising you for your work

    Cons

    The compensation is very low. The contracts say that cannot leave them until contract runs out which is strange. Also the contracts state they will not pay any overtime but they will send out off hour jobs to do. They state they have flat management but use there SME staff as management without compensating them tor the extra work load.
    Constant and monthly reviews are a little annoying.

    Advice to Management

    Do not see why need to review performance monthly. It seems a little much.

    good training benefits, carrer pathing available. Ability to move around to different client sites to see different environments

    Cons

    pay sucks, not much drive to build a "team atmosphere". there is a lack of company sponsored events which bring employees together. lack of knowledge about what benefits the company has to offer.

    Advice to Management

    look at your employees without the rose coloured sunglasses
