I worked at CompuCom as a contractor

    Pros

It is easy to get hired.

    Cons

Bad Pay, no raises EVER, merit bonuses non-existent, extremely expensive health care, including paying employers portion by reducing the offered salary if the employee opts-in to receive health care benefits.

    Advice to Management

CompuCom exploits tech workers for low pay, and with little incentive to stay. Year after year of expanding profit, and not one raise for the people who are actually out there earning the money. Shame on CompuCom, you are one of the worst technical staffing firms!
