Pros

Lots of flexibility, Supportive environment and the pay is fair. The commitment to customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction is great.

Cons

The health benefits are not as good as I would like. There are not a lot of places to be promoted to, but the job I have is pretty satisfying for what I want to do....

Pros

Work without overmanagment from a boss.

Cons

The work environment at Clever Techs (also known as Computer Troubleshooters) is extremely cluttered and disorganized, significantly affecting daily operations. Essential tools and parts are often hard to locate due to the haphazard arrangement of items, including boxes, plastic sheets, and outdated computer components, which obstruct movement and workspace. Moreover, the owner's poor financial management raises concerns about job security, suggesting the need for an alternative plan early in employment. Additionally, efforts to negotiate reasonable compensation are often met with resistance. This, combined with frequent miscommunication and the owner's lack of engagement, contributes to a low morale among employees, further impacting the overall work atmosphere.
