Pros

Great people to work with. Great training. Benefit package is really good. Not a very hard job.

Cons

Not the place to work if you have a family. They use a point system against you. If your child gets sick and you call off, they mark it against you even if you have proof you took your child to the doctor. If you have a family emergency and have to leave early, they mark points against you. If you get sick and are out two or three days, even if you bring a doctor's note, they mark the first day against you because "you didn't give us enough notice." 10 points against you and you get written up. You loose your monthly incentive and you loose your annual raise when it comes up. They follow a computer algorithm when it comes to monthly incentives so learn to only go to the bathroom on breaks. You have to ask for permission to take your break if it is after the start of your break time. You may be on the phone through your break or lunch, but you have to ask to take it because it's your fault that the caller did not get off the phone. The leads hang out after work and play favorites. They expect you to do your work and complete your time sheets and daily review with not errors, but they don't hold themselves to the same standards. There is no use saying anything to the director as he never leaves his office much less deal with their bad behavior. As for your schedule, it changes every three months. You will not get it until a week before it is to start so forget about making any plans with your family or friends. The same goes for asking time off. You may not know until two or three days before the day you ask for off even if you put in the request months before. You will not be allowed off unless you have hours available to do so. The time keeper does not update you vacation hours on a regular basis. There is no advancement. You are in the position you are in. The pay for what they want you to do is the same as if you worked at a fast food restaurant.

I can't comment on any "Pros"!

Too many to list.......this company is a poster board for "The Good Ol' Boys Club" Women are "worker bees" and hold no leadership positions. Inappropriate relationships between leadership and direct employees. All of this, and "SO" much more is a clear indication as to why they haven't won any new work in years. This company is a sinking ship....they're more concerned about golf, bourbon and sweeping the leaderships discrepancies under the carpet than making leadership changes.
