I worked at Computershare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some very courageous and hard workers. Good people (the workers) overall.

    Cons

Management was atrocious, degrading, and downright unhumanistic.

    Advice to Management

Fire all of the managers. They have no human side to them at all. Training will not help them.

I worked at Computershare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Typical call center atmosphere. Some good people and good times in a bad situation.

    Cons

Poor management, non-existent leadership, work processes constantly changing, very disorganized. Segment of company where I worked racked up millions of dollars in losses and fines from mistakes, errors and violations of law.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together! How do they keep their job? Please let me know.

I have been working at Computershare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Challenging work and there are some lower level managers who do care about the employees. Unfortunately senior management has mandated organization wide low annual increases. I received very high ratings on each of my last three annual reviews. My increases have averaged 1% each year over these same three years.

    Cons

Very limited opportunities for career growth and senior management is 100% comfortable with employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

Do not have HR respond to this review stating that they are sorry that my experiences have not been more positive. This review is merely stating facts. If you have any evidence to the contrary, please post that.
