I worked at Comverse (More than 5 years)

    Pros

while at Comverse I gained experience due to a varied travel schedule across the Europe and Latin America. The job is a pressure cooker and that pushed people to perform and learn.

    Cons

Travel schedules; Pay increases; Lacks organizational stability (many reorgs). Work-life balance is nonexistant. Company is designed for young aggressive people on the rise.
