Excellent benefits package for current employees. Flexible work schedule if you're in an office position. Job stability. Opportunity to work on the cutting edge of the energy industry.

Appears the company is trying to do away with the pension program. There aren't many bad things about working here, you have to make it work for you. If you expect things to be handed to you, this is not the place for you to be.

Listen to lower level managers, they are your eyes and ears!
