    Pros

Average salary for entry level management. Bonus structure and payouts were above average for the industry. Good leadership development program.

    Cons

It is the trucking business, so long hours and overnights are the norm. Again, it is the transportation industry so moving around to be promoted is to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Continue developing young leaders.
