I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

P&L Accountability right from the get go. My role had tons of flexibility and opportunities to innovate.

    Cons

Company can be a bit disorganized, especially when it comes to people matters. There is also a lack of job security, as shown by the frequent, regular layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people and pay close attention to culture. Also, reach out to understand what are the greatest motivators and de-motivators.

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I was lucky to have great bosses at ConAgra Foods. That can make a huge difference. They did pay a good salary when I was there and great benefits - vacation, 401K, bonus, etc.

    Cons

They changed and not for the better when it comes to employment. They thought it was better to pay younger people less and not keep their loyal employee base. From what I hear, that has been a challenge for them.

    Advice to Management

You can prioritize people and grow your business at the same time.
