Pros
Great environment with great work-life balance and benefits
Cons
I don't have any cons right now
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Lack of empathy in leadership outweighs good benefits and work-life balance
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
-Good salary, 401K match -Never had to think about work outside of business hours -Nice coworkers, reasonable demands -My manager was imminently reasonable about things he controlled
Cons
-Non-negotiable 4 days a week in person. This is excessive and adds no value, since most of my day was individual work -No pride in the work. A common refrain when a new product was released: "this one is actually good!" or "I'd eat this!". -Leadership did not care about Covid. The only company I know to demand majority in-person work during the Omicron wave, which frankly is disqualifying -Work is extremely process-driven, little-to-no opportunity for any contributions beyond entering numbers in an excel file. Frankly my role should have been done by the brand or finance team since they were the ones in charge anyways. As far as I could tell my team added no unique value. -Upper leadership is mostly white men in their 40s or older, and it shows in the decisions they make -Feel evil being part of food inflation

Pros
Good Pay, all the overtime you want but sacrificeing a personal life
Cons
Worst company if you want a life. They don't care about peoples personal overall health as long as you make them money. There attendance policy is a joke and they wonder why the high turn over rate. There's no real management just alot of grey hats acting like kings. I've never worked in an environment that is so toxic and hostile. Scheduleing to do things is hard cause their always changing times on you to come in for work each week. This company only cares about profits nothing more and I would never recommend this job to anyone I'm just biding my time for me to get out here soon

Pros
Actively making self reflective changes from the bottom up to improve culture and working effecency.
Cons
Can be a lot of travel depending on which team you're on.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Pay matches the competition. They were flexible and willing to work with you when they could on schedule problems. Knew what your day was going to look like every day, not too many suprises.
Cons
Prioritization focused too much on speed and production rather than operating at an ideal rate that minimized equipment breakdowns. Safety adherence was not always the greatest, but they were making improvements in that regard.
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Good Pay Summer Hours Hybrid On-site/Remote Work
Cons
Poor Leadership Good Old Boys Club Favoritism Lack of Diversity

Cons
sometimes a little disorganized and confused
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
good company with good people
Cons
Limited upward mobility for higher level employees
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
There are some good people that work here.
Cons
Being a inpendant, there is just not enough pay.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Wages are competitive, affordable health insurance and a great 401k. Work is fairly easy depending on department.
Cons
Time off/ Vacation is horrible. Lots of mandated overtime. Good checks but no life. Then the atmosphere is not good. We have 2 groups of employees. Hard workers vs. Hardly works. If you're a hard worker you will pick up the slack of the hardly works. Management is hardly in the room and when they do come in, they pay no attention to what's going on. If you tell them, nothing is done to rectify the situation. I say all the time, they aren't stingy. They will literally pay people to stand around and do nothing. No fault attendance policy. Even if you're in a car accident on your way to work, you will receive an attendance point.
