    Company direction and leadership On the right track and pacing or ahead of the competition. A pure branded focus company. Great acquisitions

    Much work to do in short amount of time. As with other companies we are making over with a digital footprint and headed in the right direction.

    -ConAgra has a great culture at each facility
    -Employees are very invested in their work and want to stay
    -Retirement and salaries are above average
    -Upper Management knows how to drive engagement

    Cons

    -Corporate based employees are not always willing to share information with plant based employees
    -The separation between brands can cause issues with alignment from the top down

    Keep doing what you’re doing and continue striving to keep the best talent in house and attract more!
