    Pros

The speed to decisions has improved tremendously (bureaucracy is a thing of the past)! You have the opportunity to work on some pretty amazing things if you are willing to raise your hand. The new office space promotes collaboration, and the energy is infectious!

    Cons

The company is still working out the kinks. You need to be nimble and willing to roll up your sleeves to work in this culture. We work hard, but the trade-off is worth it!

    Pros

Good benefits, fun atmosphere. Really strives to take care of the hourly associates. Lots of room for growth.

    Cons

Benefits although good are outrageously expensive for salaried people. Super strict double standard for salaried people as well.

    Advice to Management

Quit dragging things out, when something needs addressed do it.

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent salary, great 401k match, ability to work from home, summer hours, talented people, OK benefits, full line of quality products

    Cons

Disorganized, long hours, constant change, lack of clear and focused direction, difficult to move ahead, less than fair annual review process

    Advice to Management

Recognize your employees contributions and don't work them 60-70 hours a week.

    Pros

Mostly nice people to work with. Beautiful campus in Omaha. Nice new offices in Chicago.

    Cons

The company has been going through a lot of change. Workloads are huge. Many people with lots of valuable knowledge of the business are gone.

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. The people are great to work with. Very professional and results driven. Rewarding company for those who work hard. Would definitely work for them again.

    Cons

Overall a good company to work for. You won't get rich working for them, but will make a healthy living. Many job losses over the past couple of year, but has stabilized now.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Environment is fairly relaxed.

    Cons

Technology is out of date. The company doesn't know whether they are using Agile, Waterfall, KANBAN, etc. They like to mix these development styles and use them improperly, defeating the purpose.
Conference rooms are impossible to book. Office is noisy because people are always on the phones. Probably not anymore, though, because they fired everyone.

    Advice to Management

You should not have fired everyone.

    Pros

Used to be a great place to work prior to current CEO and his selfish decision to move Corporate HQ to Chicago

    Cons

Employees knowledge and experience no longer valued; Employees posting for internal positions handled very poorly and disrespectful by HR
