I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Overtime overtime overtime and more over time.

    Cons

management likes to take care of their hourly buddies

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone the same. Not just your buddies. Drugs are terrible in the plant. Do something about it. Safety is not a priority unless someone gets hurt. Then management terminates that person and covers up the safety issue.

    Pros

Front line management pay is decent, but smaller plants share multiple responsibilities which isnt fair when larger plants have a bunch of help and are paid the same.

    Cons

Some of the TPM pillars and safety protocols are out of control as far as leg work needing to be done by other management for them. Responsibilities get pawned off for all the leg work while these groups sit in meetings all day. Get out in the plant.

    Advice to Management

People are going to keep leaving unless operations type "leads" are left to manage and not running around doing a safety persons job or continuous improvement persons job.

I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time

    Pros

Mostly nice people that I work worth but upper management all think they are way better than hourly employees.

    Cons

Even if you work there as a temp... and they start doing hiring.. they won't totally investigate how long you've been off work and then use an excuse as a computer glitch for reasons why the system didn't have on there, must have no gaps in employment for a year.
