    Pros

    It's an exciting time. There is a new direction for the company, inspired leadership willing to do what needs to be done, and we are coming out of a lot of change better than we were.

    Sean is a great leader and really wants to build culture along with success.

    Cons

    A lack of diversity at the top. Lots of middle-aged white guys who worked with CEO at previous companies.

    Some old-guard mentality slows things down.
