Pay is good, culture is fine. My team has no problem with taking time off and everyone is capable, passionate, and energetic.
Cons
Energy is not there for all departments. Some processes are outdated and can be hard to implement change.

Work is steady. People are awesome. Pay is good, and if your up for a challenge it will give you one.
Cons
H.R. dept. Is too distant from the floor work and EXTREMELY BIAS. Its sad to watch some of the smartest and best working people get over looked and thrown away while the less driven and less skilled but more "charismatic" people stay after many terminable actions and advance to positions they do not have the skill set to function at but have the "charisma" to trick people into believing they have the right skill set
