    Pros

    Very busy, can learn alot, work alongside doctors and PA’s. Decent pay. Flexible hours. Weekends available. 8 hour days. Center director and manager available.

    Cons

    Sometimes there are uncontrollable wait times, frustrated patients, numbers are important so that means the more patients you see the better. The amount of patients determines the raises.

    Pros

    Good field workers in the clinics and Regions.

    Cons

    Management at and above Zone level is very protective of one another. They have worked together for over 20 years and will try to discredit lower level managers when there decisions don’t work.

    Loved my coworkers, benefits, and pay.

    Cons

    It was a little overwhelming being a walk in clinic and seeing patients even if they walked in at 4:59 pm when we closed at 5:00.

    Pros

    The staff,both front and back are wonderful,courteus,and very dedicated to providing excellent care to the patients...nice teamwork.The providers are all excellent,and work extremely hard...i enjoyed working with such wonderful people and my patients were what made all the hardwork and stress worth coming to work everyday!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons

    C.O.D. Turn over rate is extremely high,which produces conflicts for employees as well as clients and patients.Observation of C.O.D. using profanities to describe patients...where the staff can hear.Also discussing members of staff in a negative way,again where staff can hear...which is a violation of privacy,as written in the code of ethics.
