    Pros

Great software, in particular OrgVue. There is nothing like it, and it's very powerful. Wonderful new offices in central London. Really friendly staff with a great work hard and play hard attitude. Seniors managers are approachable, friendly and available. Open bar every Friday in the office.

    Cons

There is no UX Department, and only a single UX designer is expected to work on numerous projects. Seniors do not understand the difference between UX and UI. Confused and conflicting priorities amongst on how to move forward with the UX of their products, in particular OrgVue. Working hours are 9am-6pm.

    Advice to Management

Build a UX Department, and do some thorough User Research. This will take time, but it will be worth it.

    Pros

Talented people (product and delivery teams), enthusiastic management team, prospective field, fantastic location

    Cons

Unprofessional staffs, no proper learning & development programmes, no career maps.. no benefit packages

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't recommend this place to someone fresh from uni. The management really need to work more on systematic learning & development, job design, implementation & etc.
