I worked at Concentrics full-time (Less than a year)
They really do know what they are doing in the restaurant business as far as design and implementation of procedure.
Guarantees are not followed through with, work load doubles and triples based on project, Initial management training is led by emotion as opposed to logic, and general management is left to deal with the mistakes made by senior management.

It's easy to get a job here if you're qualified
You're at the whim of management who has favorites and rewards them regardless of merit. There is a company-wide culture that permits discrimination. Rather than terminate an individual who has made racist/sexist/homophobic remarks, they will see how much you will tolerate and then say "if you'd like me to terminate this person, I will do so."
Safety oriented, nice people, fair supers and it is almost always a very clean environment. Most people do not mind helping you out if you have a question.
Pay is terrible, some supers are always on power trips, they give lead positions to inexperienced people and don't hire in from temp services unless they have to.
