I worked at Concentrix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You will meet a few people who start off as a co worker and grow to become a dear friend.

    Cons

The management is unethical in their daily tasks. No way would I refer another person to work within this establishment.

    Advice to Management

Carry out what you say and be true to yourself and the guidelines that employ you.

    I worked at Concentrix full-time

    Pros

-great to be able to work from home

    Cons

-pay is low for all the requirements that are asked (landline, internet, PC with8GB of ram, USB keyboard and mouse, Headsets, And call center dial phone)
-So many technical issues trying to get into the Concentrix systems that it delayed training and for me personally it felt like it rushed our learning during training.
-My trainer I will not put her name out of respect but she was rude at times when you had certain questions, I even heard her say to one of her coworkers thinking she was muted that she did NOT want to train WAH agents that it is too stressful.
-Once on calls you have to go to tier 2 to for EVERYTHING and wait FOREVER for help.

    Advice to Management

Setup your agents for a successful beginning, maybe providing a PC with all content we need as agents so when start training we can get into training on day one and start learning the product and all the systems we have to access.
Also have a better system then slack or more Tier 2 advisors to help us faster so we don't have a cx on hold for so long. If I didn't have this experience I would of defiantly stayed longer with the company which is really unfortunate.

    Pros

    work from home, benefits, PTO

    Cons

They will hire you as a seasonal person without telling you that you are temporary. There is quite a bit of favoritism that goes on when deciding who goes onto what team.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and use the integrity that you expect from employees.

    I worked at Concentrix full-time

    Pros

enjoyed working with a team located across the globe.

    Cons

mediocre benefits which seem to be cut almost every year; HR support is basically non existent; low pay; there seems to be more focus on rolling out "vision statement" rather than in communicating to employees on other things such as increased cost for insurance, change in vacation accruals, etc.

    Advice to Management

Maybe stop spending some much time, effort & money developing a vision statement and actually spend it on improving things for employees

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I do not believe there are any

    Cons

I have never worked for a company that is so incompetent , in my department there is constant pay roll mistakes , trying to figure out you PTO time is a night mare even the Concentrix employees cant give me a figure it. It keeps changing . just a few months ago they took away two weeks of paid time . All this for what they get to keep 40% of the money I earn for nothing. I was not even recruited by Concentrix a friend told me about the job,
