    Pros

The people that you work with on a day to day basis. Like family; will do anything when there is a need. Concern for the community and those in need. Good heart.

    Cons

No pay increase since 2008. Focused on the bottom-line. Profit margin to large. Increased work to be done with the same pool of people. No upward growth opportunities. Upward mobility only obtained when those above leave the company.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are solid, company in good standing

    Cons

Zero communication or response between anyone internally - Huge company yet everyone is doing their own thing and not working together to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

The company is simply too large for the structure and there seems to be no accountability for anyone above an agent to do their actual job.

    Pros

CNX is a great company for entry level positions and to start your career. It's an ideal place to learn team work, client servicing, and develop your basic business experience and/or skill skill set.

C-level leadership is very solid. They are focused and disciplined about profitable growth, communicate the vision/strategy consistently and effectively, and expect top level performance from every associate.

Global growth company with a lot of personal growth options for early career associates.

    Cons

Company's Business Processing Outsource DNA makes them deeply rooted in labor services. As a result, they are reactive (vs proactive), and slow to innovate.

Clients view CNX as a body shop, providing basic/commodity functional services. As a result, retention of skilled talent is a challenge for CNX.

As a BPO, CNX lacks strong client delivery, product development, and technical talent. For specialized programs outside Call Center or traditional business services, CNX has to subcontract to other service providers. If you're looking to add or deepen these skills, you should look elsewhere.

CNX's senior/middle management is very weak. People/skill development is not a priority.

As a BPO, compensation levels are on the low side.

I worked at Concentrix full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paid training for seven weeks. Good employee benefits such as health and dental insurance. Regular wait time for health insurance, the usual 90 days. 120 days for dental insurance to kick in.

    Cons

Abused regularly on the phone by customers. Did not make enough money to do your job the best you can, while being verbally abused daily, and still expect to keep a 95 overall in QA scores.

    Advice to Management

Like stated above. Not a clue on how to lift up the employees you are managing. Don't understand that when you are there for them and support them. They will feel important and want to but there all into their work everyday. If no one ever gets recognized and is always criticized. They won't care and will do the bare minimum to keep the job and not get fired or let go.
