    Equipment provided.
    CARLA IS AMAZING.

    Cons

Payroll was terrible on a biweekly basis I would have to fight with them to correct my time. Never did. That's why there is a lawsuit against them! GOOD LUCK!

    Advice to Management

I worked at Concentrix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They offer decent pay and bonuses, especially for entry level.

    Cons

Based on my observations many Team Leads and Program Managers were not deserving of their promotions. People at this company are very "clicky" so if you get along with or suck up to the right people you can probably go far here. If you're a millennial you will probably fit right in.

    Advice to Management

Try hiring more mature, experienced professionals instead of a bunch of dumb kids who only want to use social media and talk at work all day.
