Takes awhile to move up because management changes all the time so reviews and get over looked and also training isn’t detailed enough

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The company is absolutely fanatical about staff and support what we need to be successful. They also are equally fanatical about clients so when we see what is needed to do what is right for our clients and/or our clients' customers, we are empowered.

    Cons

We are big and sometimes its difficult to understand all of the cool things we do and offer in the business.

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful to formalize global job exchange programs to take advantage of our diversity and help develop us even further.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time

    Pros

I was paid via direct deposit for the first paycheck when I was told it would come via postal mail. So, that was great.

    Cons

My training was very lacking, the sme's act as if they have it all together and they are bothered by trainee questions, unprofessional conversation among trainer and smes about on the floor agents and just disorganized.

    Advice to Management

Trainers should have information to assist new hires in the process. Hire better trainers and give more time in nesting.
