I have been working at Concentrix for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great training and there are many employment opportunities if you use their company learning data base to further your knowledge.

    Cons

You only get a raise if you change positions... no annual increase.

    Advice to Management

Force employees to cross train and have actual trainings not just sitting with someone.

I worked at Concentrix full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Remote Work at Home Position Frequent Shift Bids Decent pay

    Cons

Opportunities to advance are not based on performance Support for front-line Advisors taking calls can be non-existent at times Very little stability, constantly being shifted from team to team, manager to manager On occasion, overtime is added to your schedule with little/no notice

    Advice to Management

Provide better support and stability for front-line employees

    Pros

Working at home. That’s the only good thing

    Cons

Untruthful team managers No one is on your side They make things up as they go They take extra taxes out of your pay with no explanation They take your vacation time that you have worked for and deny all request for a real vacation The only thing they care about is the score card

    Advice to Management

Start caring about your worked the same way you care about your point system

I have been working at Concentrix full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nothing to say here I have tried to think it over and there are no positives

    Cons

your a number and treated as such, you're forced into positions you neither want nor can you excel at. Your not offered any reasonable benefits beyond the standard ones you can receive at any job. Your pay is never correct. God forbid you owe any debts out there because they do give your information to collection agencies beyond what is legally required for them to do so. They expect you to preform work related... tasks during your "off time", Specifically doing their IT work on THIER computer for THEM without pay. If you end up having to call THIER help desk you only get paid for the first 45 min of time when your on hold and when that hold time exceeds two hours they expect you to go unpaid. Even though your dealing with THIER systems. Your just a number and they really don't want to know what you think or their feedback. They expect you to "follow orders" and when it does not go their way they punish you

    Advice to Management

I would run, unless your upper management then I would figure out what it must be like to deal with the cx on bad days and middle management and their demands I would think the whole program would need to be revamped to work correctly

I have been working at Concentrix full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly family like staff, TL's offer great support, and team leaders are extremely open with policy changes. Helpful tools (when they work).

    Cons

HR is a joke. No time for real family. After almost two years reached max pay. Shift accommodation minimum being that it's a bid system, and subject to change bye weekly. Extreme amounts of mandatory overtime thus further decreasing family time. With main focus being the bottom line not the employees.

    Advice to Management

Remember employees are people that would also like to grow with the company. We are not just walking, talking dollar signs.

    Advice to Management

    Really look at lower management.
