I worked at Concep part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I received a lot of hands on experience which was great and the people were the nicest.

    Cons

The company seems to be at a standstill and a little behind the ball.

    Advice to Management

If your focus is going to be so specific like email marketing, then you need to be above and beyond all other available options.

    I worked at Concep full-time

    Pros

Great, youthful culture. Energetic, work with leading brands in professional services industry. Trying to improve and innovate and deliver new products to market.

    Cons

Constraints with technology make it hard to keep client satisfaction high. They are improving though and starting to build some products with potential, yet to be seen if the market is bit enough for new products to be truly commercially successful.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to get some real high level talent into the business, great client base to leverage but need people with greater capabilities to turn into a successful business.
