I have a second interview with Microcenter for a Retail Computer Tech in a few days and I was wondering if I got the job could I ask for a higher hourly rate? I was wondering if anyone has had succuess in asking for a higher base pay? Thank in advance

Worked for Conceras full-time for approx. 18 months and can't say enough good things about their leadership team. Anytime I had any questions or issues with benefits it would be quickly resolved and didn't require me to have to constantly follow up. Definitely felt like a valued member of the team and not just a number which tends to happen in larger companies.
I can't think of any.

The culture of support and value of employees, their needs, perspectives and the work they do sets Conceras apart from other companies with which I have had association. I can safely say that, in my observation, the employees of our company seem to be happier in their jobs than most any other company in this area. I enjoy my association with the company's upper management and with the other employees with whom I work. The benefits are good and work-life balance is great!
I don't have any cons to report at this time. I have been very pleased with employment at Conceras and with with the opportunities afforded me during my tenure with the company.

Intelligent, caring, driven executives. Integrity through and through. Totally value their employees. Top notch benefits.
Cannot think of any negatives. This is a great company to be part of. Would quit writing now but minimum word entry is twenty words.

Its a small company with very good owners. Both are very good people who are easy to get a long with and it feels good to work for the company's common good.
I haven't experienced any real cons.

I am relatively new to the company but everyone has been very nice and helpful. Any questions or issues and Mr. Nguyen will answer personally and quickly.
