    Pros

As a consultant you land years & years & years of continuity with no end in sight with the company. A big plus if you are a consultant
High Volume of consultants & less turn over rate. Great, again, if you are a consultant.
Most people are nice to work with & offer a very helpful hand if you are new & in the learning process.
Neither stressful nor lack of work in terms of work volume.
    Relaxing summer & christmas parties

    Cons

Very little to no communication with the project heads.
You will never receive an increase or very very little increase post your agreed upon hourly wages, the first time, as a contractor.
Technically less advanced compared to others in the same industry
