    Pros

Catered food everyday and christmas party

    Cons

This place is unprofessional, horrible benefits , the doctors talk to you like you're trash. Co-workers are not friendly. You will keep your job if they "Like " you not based on your performance. Within weeks of me working there 3 employees gave two weeks notice, HR manager was fired and the director of operations resigned. The management is definitely not helpful. 30 min lunch breaks

    Advice to Management

Resign.. horrible training ..cultural sensitivity training and professionalism .. Too many ppl wanting to play a manager role

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Concorde Medical Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Staff are great people to get along with and some doctors are fun to work with as well.

    Cons

Management office are completely clueless and disorganized, management thinks what they say goes but in reality the doctors call the shot but there are more then one or two doctors.
some doctors have their crazy and mean ways.
staff do not have no support from no one because no one really have control of anything.
management and doctors do not see eye to eye, everyone is in a different page.
this company has a lot to work on.....

    Advice to Management

stop making every doctor partners and learn how to get control.
stop assuming you know how the office function, take the time to learn how things work in each location.
stop letting some of your doctors mistreat some of the employee or bully them and making their employee's life hell. Nothing is ever good enough for some of the doctors.
treat your staff with respect, your staff provide you a service to your company to keep it going.
stop telling your staff the doctors own them because they pay their salary. unacceptable!
HR need to learn how to speak with the employees and be honest don't be around the bushes .get to really know your staff and gain control of the company.
As for some of the doctors, treat your staff with respect.
help your staff with their issues they face in the office. get more involve or follow the management.
figure it out management or the doctors.
    IT IS TIME!
