    Negative Outlook

I worked at Concordia College (Minnesota) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Students are very fun to work with. Food is great.

    Cons

Management encouraged write up's and was always trying to favor those who were there longer. No ability to move up in unless you were on the good side of management. No confidence between management and employee, someone would always know what you said.

    Advice to Management

Learn how each area works first before you step in. Also, be willing to accept advise, there is always room for improvement.
