I worked at Concordia Place part-time
I really enjoyed my time at Concordia Place. Though I didn't interact with all staff and positions, I did enjoy my sector within the company.
I will say that there were definitely divisions between program sectors in the company, and staff where divided, to some extent. I am trying to speak as vaguely as possible. There seemed to be organizaton issues.
Beautiful site, decent benefits, understanding management
Pay is not equal to the amount of work put in or the level of education.
I have been working at Concordia Place full-time (More than a year)
Relaxed work environment
Long lunch break
It's a very relaxed place to work with friendly staff who are all pretty young. Both schools are nice though the Whipple location is much more updated. You get planning time where a sub comes in your room for a couple hours and you have time to lesson plan which is really nice. I love most of the staff at this school.
High turnover rate
No 401k or equivalent
These schools are not managed well. Teachers are not checked in on and can be on their phones or laptops all day if they want. The directors do not spend time in the classrooms like they should. Because these schools are near affluent neighborhoods, there are tons of spoiled brats in attendance, including their parents. The directors will expect you to bend to them even if their they or their children are in the wrong. At times it's almost unbearable having to fake a smile with these terrible, wealthy families. Worst of all is the turnover. Teachers leave because it's hard to find structure throughout the building. They leave mostly because it is a year round school that requires year round hard work teaching children who don't make it easy just to make what someone at taco bell would make. Not worth it.
Advice to Management
Put your employees first and pay employees what they deserve because there is definitely money in the budget despite what upper management says. Appreciate what the hard working staff members do instead of only acknowledging their mistakes. Better management and pay is the only way to help the high turnover rate.

Advice to Management
no room for growth
I worked at Concordia Place full-time (More than a year)
Flexible hours, break during nap time, relaxed dress code, holidays, on time paychecks
Disorganized, not the best communication by management, poor curriculum planning/standards for the school in general
