- Former Contractor, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Streamlined workflows for graphics and post production overall (thank you Ryan!!), humorous and lighthearted coworkers (Chris, Lacey, and Doug!), hardworking and supportive producers and PMs.
Cons
Sometimes the material you work on can begin to feel repetitive, and you may worry about your own skills growth.

Great for official employees.

If you can get into the official company employee ranks and escape the “freelancer” part, its fantastic!
Cons
Get hired as a freelancer, dont expect to stick around more than a year.

Pros
Work is straightforward and easy.
Cons
Work gets dull. The off days for no work are bad. Some days would only get 3 days of work with no notice. Other times the work abruptly stopped after months of straight work. The lack of notice was extremely unprofessional, and was largely the reason why I quit. Freelancers make sure you charge for all down days, plenty of other editors do, I didn't. They got a lot from me at a low rate.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
EIC is a visionary. It's exciting to see her work and understand her methodology.
Cons
Director level staff are, unfortunately, awful. All director level staff lack leadership skills + overly rely on senior and junior level staff. Ultimately they can't be blamed, though, as they haven't been properly trained or given agency.
- Former Contractor, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Just gotta read another review. But yeah
Cons
Cons everyone is weird and it's too quiet in there.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Overworked and underpaid

Great experience depending on the work you do Obviously the name carries
Cons
Company as a whole isn’t supportive, so your growth and career trajectory is really dependent on your team, which can be good or bad Hard to get promoted and raises. Salaries aren’t high enough despite the fact work demands increase Hybrid schedule because they want us back in office. But at first we didn’t have permanent desks so you had to travel with laptop. There aren’t many meeting spaces so taking interviews or doing team meetings can be difficult in the building.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Flexible hours and really nice staff.
Cons
They don't staff a lot of the free lancers so it's hard to become a full-time employee.
- Current Contractor★★★★★
Pros
There is a lot of good working here.
Cons
There are very few cons.
- Current Contractor★★★★★
Pros
Good people, job doesn't ask more of you than agreed work/hours.
Cons
No raises, even after 4 years.
- Former Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Favors wealthy people
