I worked at Condé Nast full-time

    Pros

The ever changing world of advertising demands a team to adjust on the fly and evaluate long term strategies. If you're in need of a challenging role, Conde is the forefront to your needs and the media world. While typical corporate ladder politics do exist, the meat and potatoes is generating and collecting revenue. Keeping focused on the bottom in every level of the business, makes for a successful career path.

    Cons

    Cost containment via outsourcing.

    Advice to Management

Transparency and confidentiality among the masses is lacking.

    Pros

Great place to work at and great work/life balance.

    Cons

Since Conde Nast is such a large company, your role in the organization is departmentalized so if you want to learn other areas of IT (Information Technology) it will be limited.

    Advice to Management

Give more opportunities for advancement and for others to learn about more functions within the company.
