- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good work environment and friendly people overall loved it
Cons
Easy to get fired and hired for the most part. Everyone slacks a bit and management needs improvement
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The Conde Nast name, cool office and some perks. They used to offer free food but not anymore
Cons
GPTD is completely dysfunctional and unproductive. Nothing gets done in that department except a lot of talking and some good internal PR. *Product is a joke. Lots of plans but flawed execution and much of the product roadmap is dictated by stakeholders *Engineering is invisible. Although the engineering leadership actually seems pretty good *Data (and analytics) is led by incompetent wallflowers to the point that it’s irrelevant and doesn’t add much value Inconsistent benefits and compensation across locations. Very unfair. There’s a policy that promotions can only happen after a min of 18 months! Save yourself some energy and go to a real tech company. You’ll make more money and spend less time dealing with useless BS
