      Most are nice... to your face.

      Cons

      Director Heather Wise is conniving and not at all available to her staff. No interaction. Shoots off emails to staffs managers degrading her staff but won’t address the staff on her own. Cowardly. Expects perfection but offers no advice. Not a very good leader. Training is sink or swim on your own. Not one step action on how to do anything. Management is scared of director and conforming to her unreasonable and unrealistic expectations. Underpaid by order of director. No raises. Offer small bonuses they don’t pay out. All staff is unhappy but afraid to voice concerns. They hired a new manager who was actually very good but let her go because she wanted to make positive changes to boost moral... but this was not allowed. No positive communications but this is how the director runs this sinking ship. And benefits: these are unaffordable and not very good. High price for crappy benefits.

      Pros

      They will pay you for training. So that’s cool. ALOT of people come sit through training and get paid then quit.

      Cons

      Lack on consistency. RIFs every other day. NO RAISES for years. Bad expensive benefits. Bad Leaders. No one ever knows what is going on. O yeah and they steal money from their clients by charging for more then what they need and not giving the money back to them. This place went downhill fast the day they let Jeff Hopkins go. Literally the day he was let go you could feel the whole building change. He was a beacon of light and the ONLY ONE there who actually cared for the employees who worked there or under him. They say the day he was let go was the first day the stock price of the company began to plunge. Coincidence? I think not.

      You can work from home, the ticketing system is excellent, the team, although small is very professional and easy to work with

      Cons

      No consistency in upper management, a very small team for the number of properties. No matching 401K, no raises in years, salary differences between team members is rediculous-no pay equity.

      Pros

      The work is easy, remote employee with a lot of autonomy, good work/life balance. You'll never take work home.

      Cons

      Manager that yells at you before understanding site issue, manager disconnected from work environment, never saw manager on site in almost 2 years. No raises, no room for advancement despite promising opportunities in the interview. Mostly manual labor sold as a more "professional position.

      Pros

      Co Workers were great. Job itself was OK.

      Cons

      Corporate Management cares about some divisions way more than others and just really about the bottom line for their shareholders. No raises in over 10 years. Felt much more appreciated as a worker before Xerox / Conduent took over.

      Pros

      I worked with some great peers. The employees on the phones were fun to work with.

      Cons

      Management was TERRIBLE. My boss's boss ran the place like a prison. Her way or you could be replaced was a daily threat. She loathed the hourly employees and made it clear she felt she was better than us. She promoted friends. The pay was horrible and there are no raises.
