    Pros

    Great to be surrounded by very talented people with aspirations. Overall benefits great.

    Cons

    Leadership team was subjective and didn't seek understanding to diverse points of view, not to mention seek an unbiased discovery to set precedence. Rather took a perspective and acted on it. Lack of leadership professionalism.

    Learn to become objective and seek both sides of the story before making a subjective decision about another person's ability to be successful.
