Team leads can be nice and knowledgeable to answer your work questions Company does show appreciation to their workers through team shout outs Work schedule is flexible and they don't make you feel bad for using your PTO Your supervisors actually care about you and your well-being 1:1 training is extremely helpful after the first month of training, don't be afraid to ask a bunch of questions over and over again until you completely understand what you're doing before you start working accounts
Cons
30 minute lunch breaks No monthly or yearly bonuses Teams will get punished for the actions of a few bad apples New hires don't get every single login info needed to start working on the team during the first few weeks of training for some reason PTO Accrual is a joke, less than 4 hours per paycheck Pay rate for new hires is non-negotiable, what they offer is what they'll pay you; Nothing more, nothing less

Company culture is great and includes diversity, which is especially important in a healthcare organization. Great managers and teams to work with. I really enjoyed the work I did. Remote work is convenient.
Cons
Lack of effective processes in some departments. Only a 2.5% pay increase for a great performance review and my pay was not commensurate with what I brought to the department. Not enough time in the day for all that was expected of me. Health benefits are subpar…. I was only offered a HDHP.

Pros
honestly the only pro is that you have a job. There is not one thing that this company embodies when it comes to work ethics and communication.
Cons
will eliminate your position without placing you into another role while they have tons of jobs available. Unable to contact anyone in HR or Payroll everything goes to VM so good luck trying to contact anyone for important information. No room for opportunities to advance or grow in your role so once you are hired be prepared to stay stuck in that one spot. Low yearly pay raises 5 to 10 cents is what you will get every year. Leadership brushes off things and does not support the team. overall do not waste years here they have a high turnover rate. Management is the only people I have seen advance to other teams leaving the rest to fall behind.

Cons
Environment is toxic, a lot of micromanagement, which discourage you to give the extra mile

Pros
Flexibility is good. If I have any appointments I can make up the time.
Cons
PTO is horrible!!! Can't take a real vacation. Employees are 'cliques ' if you aren't in the cliques you are treated differently!!! Company encourages Inclusiveness but no one includes me like they should. Not fully trained yet others are even if they don't have the experience I have. Was told that they will train me but I just get the work that no one wants. Training is pushed to the side.
