    Pros

Rapidly growing company in an emerging industry. Approachable leadership. Industry leader

    Cons

Revenue Cycle Management is a young industry and Conifer is still working through its business model in how to provide high-quality service to its clients at a lower price than it could provide itself

    Advice to Management

Invest more in technology to differentiate the company from competitors and offer real value to potential clients

I have been working at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great Benefits.
    flex time in and out.

    Cons

    Work environment
    Employee hiring practices
    Lack of Good Management

    Advice to Management

Hire people who actually know what they are doing. By continuing to hire people who have below basic knowledge of Insurance. Please evaluate the management time to time. As an employee there is no reason that management should be allowed to have favoritism in their groups. Its all about who you know and how you can use them to advance your career here. If you are willing to bend over backward to actually do your job correctly in hope to advance your career, this is not the place for you because they will bypass you for someone who is willing to kiss you know where.
Be aware that you may be the smartest person in your group but you will be treated as though you are an idiot. If you do choose to work here, do your best to blend into the back round or kiss a ton of ***.

I worked at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It was a remote job

    Cons

They don't give you the tools necessary to do your job. Once the contract ends you are most likely out of a job unless you can quickly get onto another contract. They enforce mandatory overtime.

    Advice to Management

Once a contract ends you need to allocate your employees into new positions. There is no need to have hundreds of jobs posted and let people go. This is inefficiency on the company's part to keep onboarding new people.

I have been working at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My co-workers and my Supervisor are the best. If you wanna work and keep busy, this is the place to be. Work/life balance is possible.

    Cons

Semi-high deductible insurance, and paying $44 a month for parking is a pain. Those are the only cons that I can think about for this place after being there for 3 years.

    Advice to Management

Benefits should be less out of pocket. We shouldn't be paying for parking. The free parking is like 3 blocks away.

I have been working at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a great place to for people whom are looking to get in as entry level. I have learned a lot knowledge of the Revenue Cycle

    Cons

There is no work life balance. All you get is PTO, there are no sick days to use and if you do not have your sick days on a schedule you get an occurrence. They still work off the occurrence based performance system. NO PTO MEANS NO TIME OFF.
Directors and Managers play favoritism toward the employees that work they like; multiple people have left because of this. Do not apply for anything that is or was Custom Solutions... i.e. Patient Account Rep.

    Advice to Management

Be more mindful of your employees complaints, they are valid.
