I have been working at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, can work from home depending on the position, good work-home life balance, and good values.

    Cons

Mid-to-lower tier company. Has a lot of potential but poor leadership didn't focus on priorities and failed to create innovative solutions for modern healthcare (more of the same).

    Advice to Management

Focus on priorities, processes, and people. Conifer really needs innovative team members to drive healthcare into the future but that won't be accomplished with failed processes and more of the same.

I have been working at Conifer Health Solutions full-time

    Pros

Competitive wages and ability to work remote.

    Cons

Outpatient Coders received an email today stating that Conifer will outsource outpatient coding between now and June 2017. This is an inappropriate message to be sent out in an email, this message should be delivered during a staff meeting.

    Advice to Management

Management at Conifer Health Solutions is constantly changing. Supervisors/managers turn over all the time. There is a true disconnect between upper management, middle management and the workers.

I worked at Conifer Health Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

NONE. Horrible management to work with...self important, unfocused, tragic, unsupportive figure it out yourself types that come across as uneducated, uncaring, self absorbed idiots!!!

    Cons

No training, supervisors and team leads more interested in how self-important their title is than actually having someone learn a job.

    Advice to Management

Get your title out of your butts, put your butts in gear, stop being rude and abusive and TRAIN people.

    Pros

Great line staff employees. Latest technology based software applications. Free coffee and Hot Chocolate

    Cons

Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Upper Management . Stop outsourcing jobs. Do not go behind employees backs and train the people in outsourcing countries, then come back and fire the very people you tell not to worry about their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Get college degrees with an emphasis in management and supervision. Stop the lies. Be honest. Disclose to patients at Tenet your parent company their information is being released a third party.
