Pros
The pay is decent, the office environment is nice, upper level management is helpful, our team was free to work overtime when we wanted, somewhat flexible hours.
Cons
Mediocre benefits for such a large company. Supervisors seem unexperienced and less knowledgeable than a majority of employees. I was a contractor for over 6 months before becoming a permanent employee and leadership takes forever to convert even their best workers. Poor work/life balance and leadership does not seem to value your time and will gladly waste it without asking you first.
