      Pros

      The idea of building a network for whole home electrification is a great and noble one...

      Cons

      Unfortunately the reality was far from that. They laid off entire branches (previously companies) in order to adjust their numbers to go public.

      Employees are treated like slaves. Hire and fire Worst management get less pay n work more Fired 70% of people without any reason No proper structure Lots of politics
