Pros
Seeing the negative posts out there I wanted to share some of the good of the copany. the good: industry leader, we are the size of the our 2 largest competitors combined. We innovate and seem to stay a step a head of everyone else. We continue to grow and set new records every month and quarter. You can't fake that stuff. And for the haters - look at the dashboard! if you crush quota you can make a lot of money! many top RSM's make over 200k and I hear we will have our first rep over 300k. leadership has open door policy. they won't always agree but you don't have to worry about losing your job by providing input. CEO has provided his cell to all RSM's and will take a call to chat anytime. VP of Sales has taken a tough seat from former CRO that was very beloved. With that nothing has changed in 3+ months in. Time will tell on this one. No micro-management. They treat you like a big boy - you have a territory and a job to do. It's up to you to perform. I'm guessing the hatters out there are blaming marketing, territory or some other reason. If you aren't hitting maybe you should look in the mirror. Many are hitting. And many are crushing quota. 401k match, great benefits, mid year and full year trip. Changed end of year trip to 120%+ club which is awesome! Overall a great bunch of people to work with at CW and we make a huge impact to our partners that use our products.
Cons
No place has no cons: Communication could absolutely be better. That's where a lot of the concerns are coming from. Approvals for ramps/pricing are out of control. Give back the power to your reps and managers. Let us negotiate and win deals without always having to go up to VP or COO. More flexibility on work from home. That would greatly increase loyalty. No reason why reps can't do 1 or 2 days a week working from home.

Pros
-$8 lunch stipend (although I hear they have done away with this) -Unlimited PTO that was relatively easy to get approved (I think this is no more too) -Low accountability, office rules are largely unenforced -Occasional free dinner -Happy hours -Some cool colleagues
Cons
-Disrespectful pay -Technology looks and functions like it's from the year 1999 -Wants to be viewed as a tech leader yet is ran like a Kentucky Fried Chicken -Multiple colleagues have reported healthcare administrators laughing out loud when viewing details of benefits offered by Connectwise -Archaic work from home policy closer to Burger King's than any contemporary software company's (before COVID) -Will fire tenured and valuable employees to save money I would give Connectwise a 2-star rating, because there were some fun company events (restaurants, happy hour, outings) but it is well documented in this Glassdoor review section that Connectwise has a history of incentivizing the posting of fake positive reviews. Instead, I will be giving Connectwise a 1-star rating to help drive the average score closer to its true value. Connectwise was probably a pretty good place to work if you want to coast and if you prefer to be verbally told how much you are appreciated rather than it being demonstrated to you in any meaningful way. Chief Talent Officer Jen Locklear is the master of paying lip service while not producing any results for her own colleagues. It's also interesting to note that she has not addressed accusations of executives sleeping around with colleagues mentioned in other reviews. Management at Connectwise is very comfortable lying to commit wage theft by making repeated, material false statements during negotiations. Nearly everyone that has written a review for Connectwise here on Glassdoor has noted that the pay is trash already. However, I would like to add that not a single person on my team was even making the minimum for our positions for a while. This company does not even adhere to its own salary guidelines. How did some of us eventually start making at least the minimum? They gave us a raise that wasn’t. Our flat bonuses were eliminated and our salaries were increased by the same amount. The bonus was the same amount every quarter and it essentially only required us to show up to work to qualify. And even then, this only happened because Connectwise was acquired by Thoma Bravo. When Thoma Bravo acquired Connectwise, the outgoing CEO, Arnie Bellini made sure we were aware that he created 70 new millionaires while 10% (about 200 ex-colleagues) of the company was now jobless and were on their own to find a means to feed their families.

Pros
I have worked at ConnectWise nearly 4 years. The company culture is really great - its part of the core, so everyone believes in it. The benefits/incentives and pay cannot be beat any where near this area - room for growth as the company continues to grow and span into other countries (already international in the UK and AU). The managers are extremely flexible. I'm not sure why anyone would want to leave this company. Just about everyone you meet in the company has been there for years - noone wants to leave!
Cons
Not too many work from home opportunities as other companies have - they want you in the office. 4 years ago I would have had way more cons to add here - but since ConnectWise actually listens to its colleagues (employees), they have essentially become very colleague-centric and checked off all my other boxes. They even added suggestion boxes in the workplace and constantly ask for feedback.

It's great to see how far the company has grown, not just in size but also in maturity. As you know, we grew fast and it's been our goal to always maintain our culture and listen to the colleagues. That has been one of the #1 goals for sure, so I'm so grateful that's been your experience.

CW is so proud of our culture and our team. We appreciate you calling our some of the “Pros” of working for CW and we are so happy to offer great benefits including the flexibility for many positions to work from home. We also take pride in our products and are always looking for ways to improve our products to attract more partners/satisfy our customers. The items you listed under “cons” is concerning however without additional clarification, it makes it difficult to understand how we can address the concerns. I would recommend speaking with our manager/leader and if you are not comfortable doing so, please either send us additional feedback to Talent@ConnectWise.com or email me so we can schedule time to discuss further. Our colleague feedback is very important to us and I look forward to hearing from you.
