I worked at Connecticut Multispecialty Group full-time

    Pros

Coworkers are helpful. Have your own work space. Have a 3 hour window to go to lunch when you want. You have first pick at internal job postings. PTO

    Cons

Management does not have a heat beat. Not many people make it past 90 days.in a 3 month period I watched 5 people quit and 3 were fired. The entire office is very cliquey. If management doesn’t like you they make up reasons to fire you. The HR department goes along with management and does not stick up for you or look into why they fired you. Very little training (through manuals and screenshots). Hours are not flexible. No raises or promotions. The entire office walks around on eggshells afraid of management mood swings. If you do something wrong management yells at you instead of constructively fixing the problem.

    Advice to Management

Management uses people, jeopardizing their entire career future due to made up reasons for termination.Be more available for questions instead of having excessive personal conversations with other managerial staff. When asked questions you give your employees attitude and are not helpful. Not approachable. You recycle employees with no emotion. You have no respect for any employees no matter how hard they work.
