I worked at ConocoPhillips full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

ConocoPhillips is a great place to work in that you have the ability to learn and grow. They have allot of very talented people and a friendly environment that promotes growth.

    Cons

ConocoPhillips has had to go through all of changes to get to the right size in a challenging environment. I think all of their experienced people were force out the door and we will see the effects of that in the future.

    Pros

Great Benefit packages, stock options, 401k matching program and medical insurance. Friendly work environment.

    Cons

No longer an integrated oil and gas company and thus fluctuation in oil price creates a big impact on company stock price. This is true for all upstream oil and gas companies.
