I have been working at Conservation Corps North Bay full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's so Rewarding and fulfilling to be able to work with and mentor the Corpsmembers. A ton of overtime opportunities. Amazing co-workers. Excellent benefits.

    Cons

For me personally the only con was just the 1.25 hr commute. The supervisor position could pay more but it's a non-profit. Kind of comes with the territory.
