    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Conservation International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

CI has great, smart people who are passionate about conservation and make a difference for the earth and people living on it.

    Cons

CI, like most NGO's was on a continually changing road. Change is necessary and normal; this felt excessive.

    Advice to Management

A higher degree of development of employees technical skills would be helpful
