    Employer cares, good benefits and pay, laidback environment

    Cons

    Work is repetitive, it can get boring easily, some positions have to work saturdays

    I worked at Conservice for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great perks and benefits, the breakrooms are moderate even if they are disgustingly dirty.

    Cons

    They boast an open-door policy, but when concerns are brought to management people are written up not long after. They have a highly polarized religious community and if you don't follow the mold you are passed up for promotions and ignored. Pay doesn't come anywhere near what it should be for most positions.
