I have been working at Conservice part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits, Quality of Service, Opportunity for advancement, consistent and guaranteed hours, and most of management is willing to listen to suggestions made by employees.

    Cons

Average-low pay, untrained mid-level management, slow systems, growing pains (not enough room, old equipment), and inefficient processes. Some key positions within a company should not be internally hired. Some upper management has been advanced only because they have extended experience with the company but sometimes lack training and perspective that might come from higher education and experience with other industries. Not that these aren't great employees and sometimes good Managers. But sometimes decisions are made more out of a trial and error method rather than educated responses to situations. Conservice has began to invest in leadership training I hope this helps.
